Legacy Cultural Center

This Cultural Center proposed for downtown Rochester, Michigan is designed to accommodate three primary entities - the University of Oakland Studio Arts Program, the Greater Rochester Cultural Arts Program, and the Performing Arts Pavilion with the aim to take advantage of common programmatic elements and utilize shared spaces to promote unity, flexibility, and economy.
