This 52-unit workforce housing development on the north edge of Boulder Colorado sits on the infamous site of a former gentleman’s club of the same name. Its mission is to contribute to the transformation of this mixed-use neighborhood, that includes a homeless shelter across the street, by providing artist studio spaces along a public garden. Efficient and economical unit layouts will assure the rents remain accessible to the workforce shut out of the escalating housing costs of the city of Boulder.
